What information this site collects

The forms on this site (Buy, Sell, Contact, and the resource pages) ask for information you choose to submit — typically your name, email, phone number, and details about what you're looking for. This site does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising cookies unless separately disclosed here in the future.

How your information is used

Information you submit is sent directly to Ryan Travis by email for the sole purpose of following up on your inquiry. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How submissions are processed

Form submissions are sent through an authenticated email relay. A basic spam filter (an invisible field bots tend to fill in, and a limit on how many messages one visitor can send per hour) may silently block automated submissions — this does not affect legitimate messages.

Property search

The "Explore Homes" links on this site lead to a third-party property search platform (RealScout). Any information you provide there is governed by that platform's own privacy policy, not this one.

Submitting a form does not create representation

Filling out a form on this site does not create a client, agency, or contractual relationship with Ryan Travis or Benchmark Realty, LLC. Any such relationship is only formed through a signed, written agreement.

You can request that your information be deleted from any records by contacting ryan@ryantravis.com.
